Return and Exchange Policy
At Storm INK, all products are unique and are produced only once they are ordered. This means returns and exchanges are not supported if your order is the wrong size, color, or if you simply change your mind.
However, if you receive a damaged product or there is a manufacturing error, we offer a free reprint or a refund. An image of the issue will need to be provided. Please contact our team at stormink3@gmail.com or @storm.ink3 within 30 days of product delivery to resolve any issues.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
